G. Irene "Renie" Snyder, 84, of Honey Brook, passed away at her home surrounded by family on Friday, August 2, 2024. She was the beloved wife of J. Douglas Snyder with whom she shared 67 years of marriage. Born in Pottstown, she was raised by her grandparents, Raymond and Bertha of West Main Street, South Pottstown, PA.

Cathleen A. Peron, 63 of West Caln Township, PA, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 27, 2024. She was the wife of the late Michael S. Peron who passed away in 2022. Born in San Luis Obispo, CA. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anne (McGeog) Deputy.

Kathleen McCoy, 78 of West Caln Township, passed away at her home on Saturday, July 27, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Richard Glenn McCoy who died in 2022. They shared 50 years of marriage together. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Dennis Maher and Catherine Ort Maher.

Kathleen was employed for 20 years at the Chester County Airport in Valley Township as a Charter Coordinator.

Edward W. Pawling, 87, of West Grove, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the Penn Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He was the husband of the late Mary C. "Connie" Richer Pawling who died in 2009. They shared 52 years of marriage together. Born in Coatesville, PA, he was the son of the late Lester Pawling and Winifred Walpole Pawling.

Ed was an area resident all his life and a 1954 graduate of the former Scott High School in Coatesville. After high school, he continued his education graduating in 1958 from the University of Sciences of Philadelphia.

He was the husband of the late Leona Postich McCutcheon who died in 2017, with whom he shared 62 years of marriage.  Born in New York City, NY, he was the son of the late William McCutcheon and Eva (Koehler) McCutcheon.

Betty K. Harrison, 95, of Tel-Hai Retirement Community, formerly of Parkesburg, PA passed away at her residence on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. She was the wife of the late Ralph D. Harrison who died in 2014. They shared 62 years of marriage together. Born near the village of Compass, PA she was the daughter of the late W. Marvin Kenworthy and Marian Roseann Watson Kenworthy.

Betty was an area resident all her life and a 1949 graduate of the former Scott High School in Coatesville, PA.  She enjoyed needlework, watching the Phillies and spending time with her large extended family.

George Boyd Morgan, 77, of East Fallowfield Township, Coatesville, PA, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024, in West Chester, PA.  He was the husband of Shirley Ann (Clark) Morgan.  Born in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of the late Franklin C. and Virginia (Moore) Morgan.

George was an area resident most his life.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.  He worked at the former Brandywine Hospital in the maintenance department and also for Acton Company in mobile building warranty service.  He was a member of Olivet Methodist Church in Coatesville.
