Dear Mrs.Cooper and Chuckie:
My sincere sympathy on the loss of Mr.Cooper although I never really had the privilege to meet him, knowing his son makes me believe he must have been a very fine human being.Chuckie was in my daughters class in School and of course, many a game sitting next to Mrs.Cooper and watching Chuckie play, I always enjoyed myself and I still smile whenever I see him.
Wishing you all remember all the good times with Mr.Cooper and knowing you are in our thoughts....
Sincerely,

My Friend, "Cuppie"
It was my sincere pleasure to have had the opportunity to know and work with "Cuppie" for many years at the VA. We had occasion to be supervisors of different groups of employees who worked in the same area. Most times we coodinated our activities well and the few times that we did knock heads, we knocked hard. We always came away better for it though and respecting each others position. Charles T. Cooper was truly a dedicated employee, a loving dad and was a fine role model for those around him. I was proud to call him my friend. JoAnn and family, my heart goes out to you.
In your time of loss
Dearest Cooper family,
