James Michael Robinson, 53, of Gap, PA, passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Born in Coatesville, he was the beloved son of Pamela Forbes Robinson of Millsboro, DE and the late James C. Robinson.

Jim was an area resident all his life and a 1988 graduate of the Pequea Valley High School. After graduation, he continued his education at Penn College of Technology earning an associate degree in Electrical technology

Jim was employed most of his life as an Electrician with BJ Baldwin Electric and as of late with Shelton Associates Inc.

In his younger years Jim played alot of sports; baseball and soccer. Then, when the kids came along and started on their sports journey, that became his life until the day he passed.
Jim loved the ocean from infancy with lots of family vacations to OBX. He loved fishing and introduced it to his children who fell in love with it too. Jim was a hard working man and a wonderful provider for his family, especially his children, who were his world.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim on a major project for almost a year. I know I didn't know him as well as most of you, however he would always great me with a smile, never had a bad word about anyone and you could tell he was a good person with a kind heart.....even though I didn't know him well, I knew that for certain. That's the legacy he left with me....I don't remember all the electrical panels he hung for the project or if things were early or late, no one will remember or care about those things, but they do remember the person and Jim was a good person.

My thoughts are with your family,

Mark
