Edward H. Neary Sr., 77, of Parkesburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the Hickory House Nursing Home in Honey Brook, PA. He was the beloved husband of Regina M. Christie Neary with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Born in Chester, PA, he was the son of the late William J. Neary Sr. and Helen Ternove Neary.
Ed lived most of his life in the Chester/Marcus Hook area and was a graduate of St. James High School in Chester, PA. He continued his education at Goldey-Beacom College receiving an Associate's degree. He was employed by Sun Oil in Marcus Hook and later retired from A&P/Super Fresh Food Markets in 1997 as a manager.
He was a Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan and a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
He is survived, in addition to his wife, by four children; Megan Ross and husband Tony of Parkesburg (grandchildren - Aidan, Cole and Joshua), Edward H. Neary, Jr.(grandchild - Cassidy), Kelly Reimel (grandchildren David and Jared) and Dawn Kleinsmith (grandchild- Megan) all of Florida. He was preceded in death by one brother William J. Neary, Jr.
A Celebration of Life Service is being planned and will be announced at a later date.

We grew up with Ed lived in aniline village with him I, Bill played little league with him Cheryl and I spent many nights partying with him and Vicky lots of pinochle and hearts He was a really good guy and always mild mannered we hadnt seen him in years since we moved to st Pete in 71 But always did and will think of him fondly
