I was saddened to hear of the family's loss. After receiving the news, nothing but fond and joyful memories have since flooded me - I was just a young railroader when I first met Don, he was the Bridge Foreman the B&O/Chessie System (later to become CSX), respected and loved by his team members and superiors. Peace, Love and Blessings ...

Dear Charlotte and family,

We just found out today about Don. We are so sorry about your loss. Mike always like Don and enjoyed when he came into get his haircut. I myself enjoyed talking to Don when he came into the shop and I had stopped in. Again our prayers are with you and all your family.
