Steven L. Reese, 66, of East Fallowfield, passed away on Wednesday, February, 17, 2021 at the Brandywine Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Dawn Marie Wright Reese with whom he shared 40 years of marriage. Born in West Chester, PA, he was the son of the late Clyde Reese and Violet Lewis Reese.
Steve was an area resident all his life and a 1973 graduate of the Coatesville Area High School. He was employed for 46 years by Arcelor Mittal (Lukens Steel) of Coatesville retiring in 2018.
Steve was a member of the Steelworkers Union #1165. He enjoyed collecting Hot Wheelers cars, NASCAR, going to car shows and Classic Rock Music.
He is survived, in addition to his wife, by two children; Shawn Reese of Lancaster and Jayme Reese and wife Laura Taylor of Coatesville, seven grandchildren, three siblings; Bonnie McCombs of Downingtown, Brenda Plank and husband John of Honey Brook, Andrew Reese and wife Tammy of Gap and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter Heather Reese.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with visitation from 10:00 AM to the time of the service.
