Brian Keith Dowlin, Jr., 32, of Coatesville, passed away at his home on Tuesday, May, 19, 2020. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of Brian K. Dowlin, Sr. and Tammy Lin Palmer.

Brian was an area resident all his life. He was employed in construction most of his life. Brian had a huge heart and loved to be surround by his family and friends. 

He is survived by daughters, Mackenzie Collins, Savannah Dowlin, Lillyana Dowlin, Alana Dowlin: step children Dante Judge, Gabriel Judge, Bobby Peoples, brother Vincent Palmer, cousins “sisters” Heather Ruiz and Cassie Root, Aunt Patty and Uncle Randy Root, Aunt Joan and Uncle Dave Palmer, Uncle Clarence Palmer Jr., cousins, Charrish and Paige Palmer, grandparents, Joyce and Clarence Palmer Sr. and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Due to the current restriction on public gatherings, services will be private. Memorial donations may be made in Brian's memory directly to the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365 to help defray funeral expenses.

I can't believe I'm writing this. You were such an amazing guy we have a lot of memories and they will never be forgotten. I'll keep you close to my heart. You and Stevie together again best friends.
