Barbara A. Radcliff
Barbara Radclifff was my next-door neighbor at The Highlands. I am so saddened by her death, as she was so kind to me when I moved to The Highlands ln May 2019. She became the person I had dinner with every Tuesday evening. We shared a love of Royalty Mgazines, books, and animals (especially dogs). When I saw her in Skilled Care two weeks ago, I had no idea that she wouldn't be with us much longer. I know how she was so excited at the birth of her new granddaughter Zoe.
To her daughter, Lynn, who was so close to her mother, please rest assured that she is in Heaven with your father, and your sister, and at peace. She will be missed greatly.

Mrs. Radcliff was like a second mother to me during my teenage years. She always made me feel welcome in her home and her kindness meant the world to me. I have so many wonderful memories of her that I will never forget. She truly was a special individual whose spirit touched many people. I am grateful that she was a part of my life.
To Lynn and all those who loved her, I am deeply sorry for your loss. May she Rest In Peace.

Barbara was my public library mentor, influencing the path of my library career forever! She hired me as Children's Librarian at the Chester County Library and, after her retirement, I was privileged to move into her position as Head of Youth Services, spending 10 years in that department. Barbara's influence was felt deeply into the library community and influenced me as I moved into public library administration. She always always put the children and their families first, bringing new services to them--within the library and out in the community, including un- and underserved children and families. My deepest condolences to her family, whom she loved so well! We will miss her. Peace and blessings, Cathy Stout
Barbara Radcliff
Barbara will remain special in our hearts. She was a longtime friend at Central Presbyterian Church, a member of Deborah Circle and we enjoyed her delightful warm spirit. Barbara hosted our June Picnic outdoors in midst of beautiful yard and flower gardens in Downingtown. I also remember Barbara as "Downingtown Library Story Lady" who read to my pre-school children in 1970's at Downingtown Library. We enjoyed seeing her family at Church every Sunday, and Barbara taught CPC's special needs adult sunday school class. The Radcliff family remains dear to many and we cherish those wonderful memories forever.

Barbara was one of the best
Barbara will be greatly missed. I've known her my entire life, but unfortunately I haven't seen her for the last couple of decades since I moved out west. She was my guardian and friend and I will miss her dearly. I honestly can't ever remember a time when I ever heard a word in anger from her. She had a beautiful sprit both inside and out. I adored spending time at their gorgeous house in Downingtown, exploring the yard and playing with their spaniels. Barbara and Dick helped to build my house, Robin and Lynn babysat me and my sister babysat for Barbara's grandkids. She was one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. To this day I remember working with her at the library at my elementary school and how much I enjoyed shelving books with her. The only consolation is that she is now reunited with Robin and Dick. You will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences to Lynn and the rest of the family.
