Always Family...
To the immediate family of Dennis:Athough Dennis has been divorced from my sister for many many years.. he has always remained a member of the family and has always been loved as a member of the family. My heart goes out to each and everyone of you. Dennis will always remain in my heart as a former brother-in-law and friend. He will be missed.
In loving memory of a wonderful friend
Dennis and I first met in 1997 when he and Anna were living in Tehachapi, CA and he was working at Edwards Air Force Base. We worked together at the 418th Flight Test Squadron and Dennis kept us all entertained with his wonderful sense of humor. Dennis was very honest and straightforward with people; a trait I very much admired and respected. He also had an amazingly wonderful heart—he was a good man. We kept in touch through the years and I will miss him…Rest in Peace Dennis….and my deepest sympathies to his family.
Dennis was my first love
Fort Lauderdale, mid 1960's......we were young, broke, happy, footloose and fancy free.....on his motorcycle, his Chevy convertible, at the corner greasy spoon, on Bill's boat. We used my green Dodge Dart to drive to Kennett Square, where I met his mom and Darrell, Duane, Diane and Dwight. Dennis was right. His mom was a spittin' image of the waitress at the greasy spoon, where we had breakfast at any hour of the day. It was mid 2015 when I last talked to Dennis. I called his telephone number several time since, and could not get thru. Today, I did a Google search and found his obituary! I am heartbroken to ( belatedly) find out he is gone. Dennis, my fond memories of you will never fade. 50+ years later, I still have the ring you gave me. And I meant what the glass doo-dad said: Friendship Is A Special Kind Of Love. 06/28/2016
I miss you Uncle Din Din
Uncle Dennis not a day goes by that I don’t think of you and Bella dancing together in heaven. I miss you both so much. You were such a big part of my life especially my childhood. I remember you used to ask me if I’m tracking a husband. Lol. Ill always remember all the laughs, hugs, kisses and love that you gave me. I miss you so much.
Good Man
I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dennis at Christian Brothers Mechanical in Manteca California 2003/04 ish. Although it was only for about a year Dennis was always plesant and kind to a 19 year old kid that moved to the valley to be closer to his girlfriend. After leaving the valley and moving back to lake county ca, i tried several times to somehow get in contact with Dennis and just talk to him. Im so sorry to hear of his passing, and i feel for his family.
