Steven M. Suhobrus, 53, of Parkesburg, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2019 at his home. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of Shirley Rice Suhobrus of Coatesville and the late Pete Suhobrus.
Steve was an area resident all his life and a 1984 graduate of the Octorara High School. He was employed most of his life as an auto body mechanic and painter.
Steve enjoyed Harley Motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived, in addition to his mother, by one brother Gary Suhobrus and wife Debbie of Parkesburg and two nieces Melissa Suhobrus and Britaney Suhobrus and one great niece Emma Suhobrus. Additionally, he is survived by long time girlfriend Helen Kuhns.
Funeral services will be held on Tueday evening, October 8, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with Pastor Mark E. Beideman officiating. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing Tuesday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Interment will be held on Wednesday morning October 9th at 10:00 AM at the Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery, East Fallowfield, PA.

To the family of Steve I am so sorry for ur loss, he wasn't just a customer at turkey hill or wawa, he was so a friend to all of us, he would put smiles on all of ours faces when we had our bad days, we will miss you dearly , and fly high buddy, u know all of us girls at turkey hill will miss you, I just can't believe that ur gone, I just seen him the other day when he came in to turkey hill getting his usual, his cigarettes and just a little chat before he got on to his Harley and drove off!! I knew Steve since we were kids. We had quite a few crazy times down by the creek and all over a few counties. We spoke a few times on Facebook and cracked a few jokes. It's funny how much time does not pass when your talking with old friends. I am truly sorry for your loss and will not be able to attend as I currently reside in California. Steve was one of a kind. I knew Steve growing up around Parkesburg , very nice guy , funny , down too earth , he will be missed, I haven’t seen Steve since I moved to Virginia, but stayed in contact on Facebook, I’m sorry Gary and I will continue praying for you and your mom . Gary and family.. I went to school with steve.. I was a year ahead of him but we hung out in the smoking lounge and study hall..He was always trying to make someone laugh or showing off with the guys.I saw him last fall in Owen's and he talked and talked and we laughed about old days.. I am so sorry for your loss and send you and the family prayers and heartfelt sympathy.. we all now have another angle watching over us..

Man I was not able to Believe it when I heard you passed. It Just really hurts to know I will never see you at Wawa again. You would always come into Wawa when I was working and say what are you doing boy. Then we would sit there and talk about life for a while.
