Gloria R. Scott, 88, of Honey Brook, passed away on Friday, September 28th, 2018 at the Brandywine Hospital. She was the widow of the late Donald Scott.
Born in Perryville, Maryland, Gloria was the daughter of the late Ruth Virginia (Baker) and George F. Taylor. She belonged to the former Coatesville Presbyterian Church.
She had worked at Immaculata University as a Dining Room Attendant.
Gloria is survived by her siblings Barbara Wilson, Dorothy M. Thompson, and Willis Taylor; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings, Mervin "Butch" Taylor, George Taylor, Gladys Baker, Ruth Peazzoni, Robert Taylor, John Taylor, Ianthe "Tiny" Moore, Doris Lewis, Patricia Caudall, and Cynthia "Beatty" Thompson.
The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, October 3rd at 11 AM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment in Penningtonville Presbyterian Cemetery of Atglen. The viewing will be from 10 until 11 AM.
