Edna T. Houser Lacey, 77, of Highland Township, Chester County, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at the Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. She was the wife of the late William C. Houser with whom she shared 29 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Chet and Millie Griffith Taylor.
Edna was an area resident all her life and a graduate of the Coatesville High School. She was employed for many years as a secretary with her husband's business ; Houser Plumbing and Heating.
She is survived by two daughters; Carol Swift, wife of the late Robert A. Swift, of Christiana and Sharon Mendenhall and husband Matthew of Coatesville, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11am at the Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery, 2237 Strasburg Rd, Coatesville, PA.

So sorry to hear of Edna's passing we were neighbors for many years in the Westwood area. Now she is the last of the Taylor family to pass on? Lost track of her in the last several years as we sold the farm & out of contact. You girls have my blessings. Joyce Sheetz & family
