Our family was blessed to know Doris! She is a faithful Christian and has a very generous heart! She has helped us so very many times over the years. We are grieving with the family as we miss her but also rejoice as she's spending Thanksgiving with Jesus and from  now on. No more suffering, no more pain! Our hearts of love!

I rejoice knowing that my sister is in the presence of Jesus and singing with loved ones who have gone ahead of her.  I cry because I will miss her physical presence here on Earth.  My memories of growing up with her I will cherish in my heart until I see her again.  In addition to her loving the Lord, being receptive to the Lord's will for her life with her generosity to those in need, encouraging others with her signature smile and sharing the message of salvation with others, she was filled with fun and laughter and some pretty outrageous antics.  When we went to the Ann B. Barringer Cancer Treatment Center she would be dressed to the hilt...sweat pants outfit and plenty of flashing deer antlers, blinking necklaces or lit up Christmas ornaments!  Not only the staff came to love her but those she would see on each visit looked forward to her presence...they became a family of friends.  Farewell for now, my dear sister, Doris, I will see you according to the Lord's plan.

Dear Elise and Stephanie,

Your Mom will always hold a special place in our hearts. She sought out opportunities to encourage, help and tend those around her.  She was a serious prayer warrior! Only Heaven will reveal the fruits of her greatest work- her prayers. We are all far richer for having experienced the love of such a precious friend!  Please pass our love and prayers on to your Dad.

Love, The Doratts and Leczos
