Condolences

So sorry to hear this.  Was hoping to see Donnie at our 50th reunion last year.  To Ed and family.....I would have been there today had I known about this earlier.    There's a lot of history between the Kathermans and MCDermotts back in the Rock Raymond Road days.  Again, so sorry.

I am so very sorry to learn of Donnie's passing.  Unfortunately, I just heard the news this evening, thus missing his memorial service.  Our families grew up together on Rock Raymond Road and I have many wonderful memories of those days.  Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with the McDermott family during this most difficult time.

Uncle Don took me under his wing and brought me to one of his construction sites.  As we rolled up to the site he said "if anyone asks, you are my son."  In that moment I became Don Jr and I was elated.  I was honored to be a pseudo McDermott and it made the time we spent together that much more meaningful.

Aunt Mary Ann, Tina(Bop), Joey, and Nathan.  Thank you for being the rock in our family.

We love you and extend the deepest of condolences.

Love, Donnie
