MARIA ALBRIGHT
My sister, Maria’s sudden death has left me devastated, it is like a part of me has also gone. Trying to make an attempt to ease the feeling of loss I started remembering things about her with a smile. Being the eldest she was a powerhouse of information about family in our early years That I didn‘t recall. We were both born in Weinheim Germany our heritage also includes being Italian. l enjoyed the multitude of stories from her memory, leaving both of us rolling with laughter. These stories included but were not limited to Both of our Grandfathers, Grandmothers, and Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family and Friends. Being Army Brats and her being part of the Navy, for many years, through marriage she also shared many adventures of the many places we and she lived. Maria moved into our home a few years back, when our Mother passed away, With this there is always a period of adjustment. I can honestly say I will cherish this time we spent together and would not have had it any other way. Thank You God for this shared journey. Malisa I miss you so much already and as days go by without you here, and I can no longer here your voice except in fleeting thoughts from my memory, I can already feel the emptiness that I will experience. It will be comforting to know With God’s Love, Mercy and Grace, in time my tears and sadness will be replaced with happiness and smiles because you will live in my heart always and you are only one thought away. Malisa you will missed by many, but especially missed by me your one and only “Tootsie Wootsie“ as you called me every morning when we were both awake. Nothing will ever be able to take our memories and sisterly bond away. Give Mom and Dad a HUGE hug from me. I will see all of you again when Jesus calls me home. Love you always and forever. Barb and Maggie our little fuzzy companion.
