Betty Louise Fiscus, 92, of Christiana, PA died on Monday, June 9, 2014, at Harrison Senior Living in Christiana. She was the wife of the late Earl W. Fiscus who died in October of 2013. Born in Kittanning, PA, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Maggie Yount Claypoole.
Betty was a member of the Stillwaters Presbyterian Church. She was a Good News Club Teacher, Pioneer Girls leader, and a volunteer at the Chadds Ford Historical Society.
She is survived by three sons: Mark W. Fiscus and wife Adrienne of Atglen; Joel W. Fiscus and wife Deb of Christiana, PA; and Peter E. Fiscus and wife Ruth of Murrysville, PA, 14 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two children; Barbara Shay and Harry Fiscus and two sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 15, 2014, at 4:00 pm from the Stillwaters Presbyterian Church, 643 Coatesville Road, West Grove, PA 19390. Visitation at the church from 3 to 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Child Evangelism Fellowship of Chester County, 187 Country Club Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320.

Dear Mark, Joel, Peter and families, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Betty. She and Earl had a wonderful life in The Lord together. I will miss her. I'm sorry not to be able to make it out to the memorial for her. I will have all of you in my prayers for The Lord's peace, and healing. Thank you all for letting me know about Betty and Earl.
