Don was such a friendly, warm
Don was such a friendly, warm guy. I remember him telling me of his wife and how he missed her, (as well as JoAnn and her husband) and the story behind how he and JoAnn got together. JoAnn and he were truly friends, and that is very hard to come across. Kip and I send our sincere condolences to JoAnn and family. We only knew JoAnne and Don. For all he was thru, he had such a bright outlook on life and lived life to it's fullest.

My brother
It is so nice to see so many heartfelt notes about Don. He was a wonderful brother, husband, father, et al... and a good companion to Joanne. We are all grateful to her and her dedication to him. But above all I want to say that he was the BEST son, taking care of our Mom & Dad to the very end. We love you Don... you earned your wings and I know they were all very glad to see you on the other side, especially Mom & Tiny Tim...
Uncle Don + Jake
Uncle Don - Your big heart and loving manner left a great impression upon me. Visits to your home in PA were a great part of my youth, and something I always looked forward to. I thank you for being such a good-hearted man.
Jake - Your strength is inspiring and I know that your Mom and Dad are very, very proud of you. We won't be at the services tomorrow -- but will be thinking of you and your family. Elizabeth and I have you in our thoughts and prayers.
