Helen Saponaro Wilson, 91, of East Fallowfield, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at the Brandywine Hospital.  She was the widow of Theodore Solly Wilson, who passed away in 2009 after they had shared 64 years of marriage.  

 
Born in Dunmore, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Dominick Saponaro and Arcangela Mossuto Saponaro.  She had a Bachelors Degree from Trenton State and her Nursing Degree from Mt. Sinai of Philadelphia.  She was employed as a school nurse.
 
Helen was a parishioner of the St. Malachy Church.       
 
She is survived by four daughters: Edna Jean, wife of Jack Farris of Angier, NC, Ann Wilson of East Fallowfield, Denise, wife of Earl Waltemyer of Wyalusing, PA and Mary, wife of Kenneth Wolf of Warrington, PA, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and her sister, Ann Stout, of Doylestown, PA; predeceased by two brothers and three sisters.  
 
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 12th at 11 AM at the St. Malachy Church, 76 St. Malachi Road, Londonderry Township, Chester County, PA, with burial in the adjoining cemetery.  The viewing will take place at the Church from 10 until 11 AM.
 
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Malachy Church and sent to 603 West 2nd Avenue, Parkesburg, PA 19365.
