Bill and I served together on
Bill and I served together on Council. His willingness to extend a hand to anyone he saw in need inspired others. I missed him, when he moved away, and his impromptu Saturday morning visits in the late summer with a sack of his homegrown tomatoes. We have a patch of transplanted lilies of the valley, he drooped off a few years back, he thought we needed to fill in a spot along our house. Every spring they bloom. A fitting reminder of the man and in my heart a tribute to his memory. Thank you Bill for your contributions to our lives both is service to our community and in friendship. To your family:
"Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear,
just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer."
