To all of Rose's family.....You have my deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved mother/sister. She was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed. Everytime we would meet, we had long conversations about the old days and the people who lived "up on the hill". Our families lived next door to one another for many years. I am so sorry for your loss. May she rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy is sent to Rose's family. She was a dear friend to me and a very generous person. Rose and her husband Bud lived at Black Hawk Apts for many years and were an excellent tenants. I have only managed Black Hawk for 6 years but during that time I became very close to Rose after Bud's passing. I was very sorry to see her leave as she was to leave her home here to go and live with her daughter in SC; however we both knew that it was in her best interest to do so. Thanks to one of my other tenants, I was made aware of Rose's passing and able to say good-bye.
I love you Rose, and I now that you are happy to be together with your Bud for eternity. Merry Christmas!
