Condolences

Kim
As a long time friend to whom we have shared many things through our growing friendship none can compare with the loss of a Mother or Father. I wish I was able to be in PA for you. When you come back to Ft Myers we share your thoughts together.

I pray for you and your family that God sends his grace down on you and your family for wisdom and remembering all the things in life about you and your father.

I will be here for you anytime any place should you need that time to just be you.

With all my love and friendship

Paul

Hi Dad I will bake cookies with Vanilla I bought you in Mexico! I love you Kim, Mom, Cindy and family!

This is for you Dad and Family!

Little boy, 6 years old
A little too used to bein' alone
Another new mom and dad, another school
Another house that'll never be home

When people ask him how he likes this place
He looks up and says with a smile upon his face

"This is my temporary home
It's not where I belong
Windows and rooms that I'm passin' through
This is just a stop, on the way to where I'm going
I'm not afraid because I know this is my
Temporary Home."

Young mom on her own
She needs a little help got nowhere to go
She's lookin' for a job, lookin' for a way out
Because a half-way house will never be a home
At night she whispers to her baby girl
Someday we'll find a place here in this world

"This is our temporary home
It's not where we belong
Windows and rooms that we're passin' through
This is just a stop, on the way to where we're going
I'm not afraid because I know this is our
Temporary Home."

Old man, hospital bed
The room is filled with people he loves
And he whispers don't cry for me
I'll see you all someday
He looks up and says "I can see God's face"

"This is my temporary Home
It's not where I belong
Windows and rooms that I'm passin' through
This was just a stop,on the way To where I'm going
I'm not afraid because I know this was
My temporary home."

I am so sad to hear of Jim's passing. He was a great guy and all of us who have had the pleasure of knowing him and enjoying his company will miss him and share in your loss. I will remember all of the fun times and hope you will focus on those, also, at this very difficult time. Hopefully, Jim is "winning big" in that card game upstairs with your Mom & Aunt Flo & Joe & Bob & Bobbie. My love to all of you-you will always be my family. Dolly

Dear Barb, Kim and Cindy:

Please accept my sympathy at the passing of your husband and father, Uncle Jim. He was such a fun and loving person and meant a lot to so many people. I admired your father in so many ways. Few people can offer the kindness and warmth that he did throughut his life. All my love and thoughts are with you.

I hope good memories can help ease the pain of this loss. Rest assured, that my dad, mom mom and Uncle Jim are smiling down on us all.

With deepest sympathy,

Shanna Sizemore Gattuso

Dear Barb, Cindy and Kim:
Paul and I want to express our sympathy in your loss. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could have our family live forever – but that is not part of life. God has a better place for us.
Sorry we will miss the funeral but, Carol has just come home from hip replacement surgery.
We will be sending a donation to the Chester County Hospital in Jim’s name.
God Bless our loved ones!

Paul & Carol Higgins

“You can shed tears that he is gone,
or you can smile because he has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that he'll come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all he's left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him,
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him only that he is gone,
or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back.
Or you can do what he'd want:
smile, open your eyes, love and go on.”
