Patrick T. Williams, 61, of Valley Township, Coatesville, died on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at the Paoli Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Laurie Timmer Williams with whom he shared 24 years of marriage. Born in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late James H. and Pauline Laudermilch Williams.
Patrick proudly served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was employed by Sun MicroSystems as a customer service manager. He was a member of the North American Hunting Club and the West Caln Sportsmen Club.
He is survived, in addition to his wife, by four children; Shawn Williams and wife Dawn, Georgia, wife of Michael Starkey, Amanda Williams and Ryan Williams, one grandson Patrick Williams, two sisters; Ardith Fetters and Sharon Runk and one brother Jim Williams.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 11:00am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA followed by interment at the Glen Run Cemetery, Atglen, PA. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing from 9:00am to the time of the service.

Our Condolences to the Williams Family
Our heartfelt and sincere condolences go out to Mrs. Laurie Williams and the entire Williams family. Our family has become close to Shawn, Dawn & Patrick Williams over the last few years and the loss of Mr. Williams has sent a strong sense of loss through our family during this difficult time.
While only meeting Mr. Williams a few times over the last few years it was clear that he was a man who loved his family and especially loved his grandson Patrick. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to meet and get to know him a bit. We as a family are saddened by his passing and send the entire Williams family our prayers.

I was so sorry to learn of Pat's passing. He stopped by to see me in Altoona a couple years ago, and he came when my husband Don passed away 2 years ago. One of my deepest regrets is that we as a family have not been close thru the years. Please accept my sincerest sympathy on his passing. I speak from experience, this will be a very difficult time for you and the children, but keep the faith and know that with each passing day, your memories of him will remain with you, but time will help you heal. I spend the winters in Florida now, so I will not be able to come to the funeral. Again, my deepest sympathy.

We are deeply saddened to hear of Pat's passing. We were neighbors for a brief few years but knowing Pat and the William's family was a blessing. Pat was never too busy to listen, to help, to make us laugh or to welcome us into his home without question. Pat was kind and loving and one of the sweetest men we have known. He was a good dad who worried and cared deeply about his children. Pat was always bragging about his children and shared their adventures with us so proudly. He adored Laurie to no end and it was evident at the way he looked at her and smiled so genuinely and lovingly. Seeing Pat brightened our days and his passing is truly a tragedy. We love you Williams family and we are here if you need anything at all.
