Enos "Skip" W. Coover, Jr., 69, of Coatesville, died at his home on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. He was the husband of MaryAnn Klecha Coover. Born in Coatesville on May 12, 1940 he was the son of the late Enos W. Coover, Sr. and Elizabeth Barnes.

Skip worked for the Coatesville Area School District retiring in 2006 with 17 years of service. He was formerly employed at Lukens Steel for four years, then Lasko Metal Products for 20 years and lastly the Bud Co. for four years. He was a member of the Brandywine Goddard Masonic Lodge, #383 of Coatesville, the Coatesville Moose and the Shriners Lodge of Reading.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son Philip, husband of Melissa and grandson Brogan Francis of Coatesville, one duaghter, Brenda Lockhart, companion Monty and grandson Jeffrey of Mich., two brothers; Joseph and Richard of Seaford, DE, three sisters; Nancy Rodriguez of Nottingham, Bonnie Lou Ammon of Christiana, Adeline Coover of Lancaster, one half brother, Pat Barnes of Pomeroy and one great grandson. He was preceded in death by three brothers; James Burnett, John and Robert Barnes.

Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Friday evening, November 6, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, Pa. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the DaVita Exton, Dialysis Center, 710 Springdale Dr., Exton, PA 19341 or the Willow Tree Hospice, 100 Sycamore Dr., West Grove, PA 19390. The family also requests that no phone calls be made to their home at this time respecting their privacy and grief.

Mary Ann and family, I am so sorry to hear of Skip's passing. He was a good guy and one that I enjoyed working with at the school district. He as honest, dependable and just an all round nice guy! May God be with you and your family and help you with your grief.

We were sorry to hear of Skip's passing. We had such a short time between the time we all met and Jim's passing but we will always be happy we had the opportunity to know you all as Jim's family.
