Gail C. Sturges, 58, of Westfield, Pa, formerly of Pomeroy., passed away at her home on Thursday, December 4, 2008. She was the wife of Steven A. Sturges with whom she shared 36 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Jean Clark Behrenshauser.
Gail graduated from the Coatesville High School in 1968. She was employed in Chester County most of her life and had lasted worked as a bus driver for Krapf's Paratransit.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by two daughters; Karrie, wife of Timothy Hart of Gap and Katherine A. Sturges of Gap and companion Daniel Hart, nine grandchildren and one brother Christopher Behrenshauser of Guthersville, Pa.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 11 AM from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, Pa with visitation from 10:00 am to the time of the service. Interment will be private.
