Ernest L. Stoltzfus, 55, of Christiana, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2012. He was the husband of Brenda Dourte Stoltzfus with whom he shared 26 years of marriage. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Esther P. Doutrich Stoltzfus of Palmyra, PA and the late Glenn R. Stoltzfus.
Ernie was an area resident all his life and a 1975 graduate of the Octorara High School. He was employed, for over 30 years, by Sloan Motors of Exton as an auto mechanic. He was a member of Airheads BMW Motorcyle Club, the Keystone Region Chapter Studebaker Drivers Club and the Manor Presbyterian Church, PCA.
He is survived, in addition to his wife and mother, by two sons; Jason R. and Evan P. Stoltzfus both of Christiana and one sister Melba R., wife of John C. Reynolds, Jr. of Oxford.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 11:00 am from the Manor Presbyterian Church, 505 Street Road, Cochranville, PA 19330 with visitation from 9 to 11:00 am. Interment will be private.
