Scott R. Ellis, 49, of Terre Hill, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at the Manor Care of Reading. He was the beloved husband of Carol D. (Coates) Ellis, with whom he shared 14 years of marriage.
Born in Oyster Bay, New York, he was the son of Raymond B. and Avis M. (Connor) Ellis of Sun City, Fl. He was a member of the Grace Family Church of New Holland, PA.
He was proprietor of Highland Books and Fine Arts and Highland Lawn and Garden.
Scott is survived, in addition to his wife, by two children: Scott and Chelsea Ellis, both at home and stepdaughter, Mistin Holl of Chadds Ford, PA; his siblings, Craig Ellis of St. James, NY, Linda Hooey of Bradenton, Fl. and Jennifer Ellis of Portland, Ore.
Family and friends are invited to the Graveside Service, which will be held on Sunday, June 24th at 2 PM at the Terre Hill Cemetery, 105 West Main Street, Terre Hill, PA.
