Harold E. Toaltoan, 75, of Parkesburg, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the Brandywine Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Carol Raison Toaltoan, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage.
Born in Parkesburg, he was the son of the late William Clayton Toaltoan and Catherine Frances (Dickerson) Toaltoan. A resident of Parkesburg his entire live, he was employed by the V.A.M.C., the Coatesville School District and Krapf Bus Co.
He was the cofounder of the Parkesburg Fishing Club and was a member of the motorcycle club, "Thunder Guards."
He is survived, in addition to his wife, by his children: Harold F. Jr. of Parkesburg, Theodore L., husband of Deborah, of Parkesburg, Timothy B., husband of Sharon, of Coatesville, Pursavious D. of Parkesburg and Lamont S. of Parkesburg; two daughters, Amber and Asia; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings, Ronald, husband of Mary, of Lancaster, Paul, husband of Joanne, of Lancaster, and Lionel, of Lancaster.
He was predeceased by Frank, Vernon, Michael, Betty London, Sandra Peterson and Sharon Brown.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 5th, 2012 at 11 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, with a viewing from 9 until 11 AM. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
