Betty J. Taylor, 60, of Sadsburyville, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the Neighborhood Hospice Center in West Chester.  

She was the daughter of the late Robert W. Taylor, Sr. and Elizabeth Rubincan Taylor Brown and step daughter to Allen Brown of Sadsburyville.

An area resident her entire life, she was employed by QVC in West Chester.  

She is survived by three siblings, Robert W. Taylor, Florence Swift and James A. Brown, all of Honey Brook; and seven nieces and five nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Rose Shute.  

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 18th at 11 a.m. at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment in the Upper Octorara Cemetery of Parkesburg.  Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing from 10 until the time of the service.  Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Neighborhood Hospice 400 East Marshall Street West Chester, Pa 19380.

Betty Jane (Flip) was a sweetheart. She holds a near and dear place in our hearts.

My heart goes out to the Taylor and Brown family's. Betty Jane was a super special person that touched many lives in this world .She will be truly missed God only takes the best . May God be with you us all a we say goodbye to a very special loved one . I cant think of a sour memory she was a sweet and special niece life wont be the same without her! Betty was a positive influence with her QVC peers. Her bright smile came easily and made you want to smile back at her. She was liked and respected and is missed.
