Irvin R. Houck, 84, of West Caln Twp., died on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Paoli Memorial Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Mary Jane Kieffer Houck with whom he shared 57 years of marriage. Born in Honey Brook, he was the son of the late Elmer and Ethel Kiefer Houck.
Mr. Houck lived in the area all his life. He was last employed as a truck driver for Halls Paving retiring in 1993.
He is survived, in addition to his wife, by one daughter Sandra L. Houck of Gap, one granddaughter Debra A. Houck of Coatesville and two great grandsons Charles E. Hicks and Carl P. Dessenberger. He was preceded in death by four siblings; Norman Houck, Elsie Hoffman, Mary Strock and Ellen Leoni.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 1pm at the Terre Hill Methodist Cemetery, 105 W Main St., Terre Hill, PA.
