one week late
As I called the senior center to check in after years have gone by today, I found out that one of my favorite past employees has passed. I often think of Emma and Ed throughout the days. Those two feisty soles meant a lot to me. They gave me wonderful advice on many things, drove me crazy and loved me like parents. I still giggle at some of the things I recall very clearly that both Ed and Emma would say to me. I am just sorry that I missed her by a week to tell her that........But alas I know in heaven I will get to tell her how much she and Ed meant to me and how I cherish my fond memories of them in the ways they influenced my life. They will be missed but I know I will see them again. And in spirit my days with them at the Coatesville Senior Center will go on with me impacting my life and how I raise my kids. Condolences to the family as this wonderful woman will always represent a well organized kitchen, great food and an incredible friend to me. I love you Emma and Ed!
