Betty "Peggy" L. Cotto, 86, of Coatesville, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2010 at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She was the wife of Eduardo "Ed" R. Cotto and the late Charles Balsinger who died in 1995.
Born in Somerset County, PA she was the daughter of the late Ray and Dolly France Sibert. An area resident most of her life, she was a member of both the Towerville Christian Church and the Strong Faith Family Church of Wagontown. She was a member of the Coatesville Senior Citizens.
Peggy is survived by her three children: Evelyn Moran, wife of Thomas, of East Fallowfield, Wanda Longenecker, wife of Thomas, of Coatesville and Wayne Balsinger, husband of Nancy, of Douglasville; five grandchildren and three great, grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her three siblings, Elmer Sibert, Ruth Brubaker and Louis Beldin.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg followed by interment at the Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing from 10 to 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Strong Faith Family Church, P.O. Box 465 Sadsburyville, PA 19369.

As I struggle with words of comfort for your earthy sadness, we can rejoice in a life well lived and now is living in eternity with our Lord & Savior. My heart goes out to each one of you! I know how much you'll miss your mother and grandmother. I will always remember how lovingly Betty spoke about each of you and how much she appreciated everything you've done for her.
