Barbara D. Tober

Barbara D. Tober, 86, of East Fallowfield, passed away on Sunday July 23, 2023 at the Paoli Memorial Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Frank T. Tober, Sr. with whom she shared 62 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late George Daniels and Mary Timozek Daniels.

Barbara was an area resident all her life and a 1955 graduate of the former Scott High School in Coatesville. After graduation, she was employed by the Bell Telephone Company in West Chester but most of her life she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She was a member of the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Church in Coatesville.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by one daughter Audra Kriston and husband Billy of Coatesville and one granddaughter; Breanna Kriston and fiance Steve Miller of Coatesville. She was preceded in death by one son Frank T. Tober, Jr., two sisters; Dorothy Madrigale and Janet Kennedy and one brother Geroge Daniels, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Ghost  Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 392 Charles St., Coatesville, PA 19320 followed by interment at the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing which will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Holy Ghost  Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 392 Charles St., Coatesville, PA 19320.
