Condolences
Sonie and Teddy, I know you
Sonie and Teddy,
I know you are asking why did this happen.
I promise you there will come a time when you are able to talk about Trey and remember many occasions as only a parent can, without the severe ache that is in your hearts today. What I will not promise you is that…the ache will ever totally go away; there will always be a void. When our children are taken from us, way too soon, without rhythm or reason, the disbelief leaves us with such an enormous feeling of lost and anger, that just breathing is difficult. Although my memories of Trey are as a little guy, Porky & Poppy have shared their memories of the “good kid”, young man he grow up to be. Whatever I can do to help ease your pain I am here, even if it’s just someone to cry with.
