Gordon Eugene Silknitter, 69. of Honey Brook passed away at his home on Saturday, March 3, 2018. Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Chester Eugene and Betty (Ehst) Silknitter.
Gordon attended Owen J. Robers High School. He attended St. Mary's Episcopal Church of Elverson, Pa. He enjoyed riding his bike, collecting things and was a car enthusiast.
He is survived by his sister, Diane M. Keen of Chandler, AZ; and his nephews, Jeremy T. Keen of Downingtown and Scott R. Keen of Chandler, AZ.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Gordon Silknetter passing
I graduated with Diane Silknetter Keen OJR 1963 Married Judy Francis 1965. I used to go to St. Mary's Episcopal Church. I knew the whole family very well. I AM DEEPLY sad to learn of Gordie's passing. Yet I know he's back in Heaven with his Grandparents and other loved ones. My sincere sympathy to Diane and ALL the family.

Hard to believe been 3 yrs. Gordie's passing. My late wife, Judy (Francis) Mauger died April, 17, 2019. In nursing home 2 yrs. Every time I saw him, at Church or in the neighborhood, he always had such a bright smile. My continued Sympathy to all family & friends.
