to the family of Howard Carr
Dear friends and family of Howard's . . .
. . . just a note in remembering a hound man of days gone by. Dad (Bud McDowell) and I always found Howard's company to be a good and welcomed voice around the fire, night hunting up and down the Octoraro Creek hollows on a crisp autumn evening. Howard knew a hound, knew their voices, and we all have lost a good friend. Travel well, my friend, to those Happy Hunting Grounds afar. Tally ho . . .
Praying for the family.
Praying for the family. Howard was a really sweet guy. Had lunch with him a lot a Dutchway. May the Lord showers blessings on all.
I am Howard, or Uncle Buds
I am Howard, or Uncle Buds niece. My Father, Luther , and Howard were brothers. I just found out yesterday that Uncle Bud had passed. I remember going to the farms where Uncle Bud worked on Sunday afternoons with my Dad. I loved going into the barn and playing with the kitties. I also loved the cows. I remember Uncle Bud telling me that chocolate milk came from the black cows......very funny...but great memories. Uncle Bud had a kind heart and a gentle spirt....just like my Precious Daddy.
Love
