F. June Evans Esbenshade, 84, of Cochranville, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Robert W. Esbenshade, with whom she shared 56 years of marriage.
Born in Kennett Square, she was the daughter of the late J. Chester and Bessie Mary (Swinehart) Evans.
She was a 1947 graduate of the Kennett Square High School, she attended the West Chester Teachers College and graduated from Goldey–Beacom College in 1950.
June was a 56 year member of the Manor Presbyterian Church.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by her daughter, Nancy E. Thompson, wife of Steven H.; and her two sons, David Robert Esbenshade, husband of Kim (Cummings) and Stephen Evans Esbenshade, husband of Jamie (Ankney); nine grandchildren, Andrew, husband of Kathryn, William, Jonathan, Brandon, Jennifer, Jacob, Sarah, Nicole and Caleb; and one great grandson, Oliver.
June was predeceased by her sister, Mary Jane E. Regester.
The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 20th, 2013 at 11 AM at the Manor Presbyterian Church, 505 Street Rd, Cochranville, PA 19330, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
The viewing will be held on both Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 PM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg and again on Thursday morning from 10 until 11 AM at the Manor Presbyterian Church.

Sorry to hear of your lost. It is never easy to have the loss of a love one, but I can say June is with Jesus and Rev. Cummings. June was a person everyone knew at Faggs Manor. I am sure she surely will be missed. She served on many committees at the church and was a Godly women.
