William Hughes Cooper, Sr., 70, Coatesville, PA, passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Born in Tacoma, Washington, he was the son of the late Henry Reynolds Cooper and Vida Patricia Hughes Cooper.
Bill grew up in the Wilmington, Delaware area and was a 1968 graduate of the PS Dupont High School in Wilmington, DE. He proudly served in the US Navy from 1973 to 1976. He was employed most of his life as a master auto mechanic.
He is survived by two children; William H. Cooper, Jr. of Anchorage, Alaska and Chelsea Chalberg of San Diego, CA, one grandchild and 10 siblings. He was preceded in death by five siblings.

So sorry to hear about the passing away of Bill. I have many fond memories of him when he lived in Lancaster Court Apts in the 1970's. He was a fun and carefree soul! God Bless his family at this difficult time.
