Sylvester Leon Miller, 66, of Coatesville, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at the Brandywine Hospital. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Howard Miller and Jeanette Crawford Miller. 

Sylvester was an area resident all his life and a 1971 graduate of the Octorara High School. 

He is survived by three daughters; Sonya and Tonya Miller both of Coatesville, Gwen Miller of Lancaster, two sons; Jason and Michael Murrey both of Lancaster, five siblings; Louise Smith of Coatesville, Ralph Miller and wife Deborah of Parkesburg, Sara Sunderland of Coatesville, Clyde Miller and wife Catherine of Lancaster and Janet Floyd and husband Willie of Coatesville, one Aunt Pearl London and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death four brothers; Alfred Miller, John Miller, Howard "Shorty" Miller and Linwood Miller and one sister Alberta Gram. 

Due to the current restriction on public gatherings, the service and will be private at the convenience of the family.
