Robert I. Stoltzfus, 91, of Honey Brook, died on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at his home. He was the husband of the late Jane Dunett Stoltzfus who died in 2000. Born in Parkesburg, he was the son of the late Nicholas S. and Hanna Lindey Stoltzfus. 

Bob was an area resident all his life. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII and received the Purple Heart for action while in Germany. He was employed by Producers Pride as a maintenance mechanic. Earlier in life he was also involved in farming.   
Bob enjoyed hunting and fishing and trips to his hunting cabin in the mountains.

He is survived by three children; James I. Stoltzfus of Brandamore, PA, B. Ellen Stoltzfus of Christiana, PA and Karen Stoltzfus of Parkesburg, four grandchildren and two siblings; Gertrude Temple of AZ and Harold Stoltzfus of Slate Run, PA.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 2:00pm from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with visitation from 1 - 2:00pm.

Hugs to you Karen, Ellen & Jim.  Your dad had so many talents, he loved to tinker.  I remember him fixing vacuum cleaners.  He always had an opinion on everything.

He loved each of you in his own special way.  God Loves You!
