John J. Battle Jr.

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved brother, John Joseph Battle Jr., who unexpectedly passed on Sept 27, 2023. He was 57 years old. Jay, as he was fondly called by his family, was born on Sept 28, 1966 to John and Frances Battle of West Bradford, PA.

He was a 1984 graduate of Downingtown High School and attended West Chester University. He was an avid reader, loved travel and Lou Reed, and had a sarcastic wit. He is survived by his siblings Barbara Usavage, Glenn Battle, and Juliann (Jan) Battle.
