  On Friday September 26, 2014 our Lord, Savior and Christ sent for our beloved Geraldine “little Geri” Middleton-McKinney.  We lost a loved one  and heaven obtained an Angel.
    She was the daughter of the late Donald B. Middleton Sr. & Geraldine M. Taylor-Middleton of “Rock Run” Valley Township, Coatesville PA.  She is survived by one daughter Rhonda Jean Middleton-Pearce, two brothers and sisters, Donald B. Middleton Jr. of Coatesville, PA, Kenneth T. Middleton of Coatesville, PA, Margaret A. Lowe of Zuni, VA and Valerie J. Middleton of Coatesville, PA, three grandchildren; Andrew S. Middleton, Robyn S. Shelton and Robert B. Shelton, two great-grandchildren all of Coatesville, PA, and a host of extended family, friends & loved ones whom will continue to love and miss her deeply.
Having a personal private relationship with Christ, she wasn’t a church going member.  She loved to fellowship with, encourage and help her family and friends. Residing at the Washington House 330 E. Lincoln Hwy #6, Coatesville PA she was well known by the community. She attended Coatesville Area Senior High where she obtained her GED. Later then went on to obtain her Nursing Assistant Certification.
    Holding various jobs throughout her life, she drove tractor trailer for several years traveling all over the United States and Canada.  She also enjoyed being a caretaker.  She shared her life in loving and helping others.  She enjoyed playing pool, going swimming, deep sea fishing, reading books, had a fabulous decorating sense and enjoyed spending summers in Wildwood NJ.
    At her personal request…service arrangements are being kept private for family.  Thank you for your thoughts and prayers in advance.

Condolences

Donald Jr. and Family;

              I am so sorry to read of Geri's passing.   I had known her for a long time growing up with Ernie Johnson and family.  She was always so much fun to be around.  No matter where I saw her she would always give me a Hug and talk.  My Thoughts and prayers are with her family in this difficult time.  Judy McKee

I only learned today that Geri had died.  I had just spent a day full of laughter with her on September 17th.  She was a strong woman who dealt with the hardships she endured like no one I have ever known.  On behalf of those of us at Human Services who knew her, please accpt our condolences and know that she will be missed.
