Gary was the best friend
Gary was the best friend someone could ask for you. Always helping others and always available. Gary always answered the phone, a trait that has gone by the wayside for many. Every year Gary would say I'm going to retire soon... Damn it Gary, death wasn't supposed to be your retirement. I'll miss you dearly.

The Hill family and Wayside Snack Bar associates are devastated by the passing of Gary Gatano. Hary has been a great friend and colleague for forty years. He was always there when we needed him and that was often. Gary loved his family and was excited that his grandson Logan was starting to help him on his service calls and had expressed an interest in learning the business. This would allow Gary to semi-retire.
There are giants who walk among us in shoes that no one will fill. Gary was one of those giants. We fill forever miss his smile, his laugh and his friendship.
Rest in peace, Gary. You deserve it.
