Francesco "Frank" Aceto

Francesco "Frank" Aceto, 87, of Kennett Square, PA, died on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester. He was the beloved husband of Maria Amatucci Aceto with whom he shared over 65 years of marriage. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Giuseppe and Mary Gazzara Aceto.

Frank grew up in Clifton Heights Pennsylvania. He proudly served in the US Marine Corps from 1951 to 1953 during the Korean War. He was employed by Diebold Nixdorf, Inc. security systems in the Philadelphia area. 

 He is survived, in addition to his wife, by four children;  Joseph F. Aceto Ph.D, Esq., and wife Helen of West Marlborough, Frank Aceto, Jr. and wife Linda of Unionville and their children Michael W. Aceto Esq. and Elyse A. Stephens and her husband Greg,  Michael Aceto of Kennett Square, and Angelina Lamparski and husband Theodore of Lansdale, Pa and their children Marissa and Theodore and his wife Cabrey, also of Lansdale.

He was preceded in death by two siblings; Anthony Aceto and Marie Carmella Manfredia. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 11:00am from the St. Malachi Chapel, 76 St. Malachi Road, Cochranville, PA, 19330followed by an interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family and friends are also invited to attend the visitation at the chapel from 10:30am until the time of service.
