Dorothy M. Robinson, 92, formerly of Coatesville, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Virtua Hospital in Berlin, N.J. She was the widow of the late Oliver H. Robinson, who passed away in 1990 after they had shared 33 years of marriage together.
Born on Monday, September 23, 1918 in Shenandoah, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William H. Morgan and Emma Leiby Morgan.
She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Sadsburyville. She was a former member of the Senior Center of Coatesville.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and sewing.
She is survived by her four children: Doris Ann Trace of Wrightsville, Elaine Newkirk of Berlin, N.J., Fredrick Waddell of Kennett Square and Carol Miller of Coatesville; 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; and her brother, Warren Morgan of South Carolina.
She was predeceased by her son, Raymond Waddell, six brothers and two sisters, two grandchildren and her first husband, Raymond Waddell.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 8, 2010 at 1 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Johovah's Witnesses, Octorara Trail, Sadsburyville, PA 19369, followed by interment in the Northwood Cemetery of Downingtown. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing, which will be held from 12 noon until 1 PM.
