Charles D. Blair, Sr., 63, of Parkesburg passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the Brandywine Hospital.
Born in Grayson County, Texas, he was the son of Arthur D. Blair and Octamie Harp. He was proud of his Potawatomi Indian heritage.
He was self-employe as a Flooring Installer.
He is survived by his two sons: William Blair of Glen Mills and Charles D. Blair II of Parkesburg, and his eight grandchildren.
Services will be private.
