Bengnia L. "Mimi" Jones, 52, of Strasburg, PA passed away at her home on Friday, January 11, 2019. She was the beloved companion of Benjamin F. Carey. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Chester R. and Eva J. Henson Jones of Wrightsville, PA.
Mimi was an area resident all her life and a 1986 graduate of the Octorara High School. She was employed by Servicemaster of Exton as an administrator.
She is survived, in addition to her companion and parents, by one son Tristan J. Jones of Strasburg and three siblings; William R. Jones of Willow Street, PA, James Jones of West Grove and Cindy Jones Kinney and husband Kevin of Mt. Wolf, PA. She was also a loving aunt and friend to many.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 11:00 AM from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365 followed by burial at the Upper Octorara Cemetery, Parkesburg, PA. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing on Thursday morning from 9:30 - 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Wilde Funeral Home, at the above address to help defray funeral expenses.

I want to extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mimi, she was my best friend in high school! You would not see her without me, and me without her. Although we lost touch though the years, I have always keep her in my heart. I am shocked and deeply saddened for her son, whom she loved dearly. Mimi may you Rest In Peace!

My deepest sympathy goes out the Mimi's family! She and I graduated together form Octorara and Central Chester County Vocational School ( Center of Arts and Technology) We took Health Assistant/Dental Assistant together and had some good memories of class and our Internship at Dr. Ricci's. I lost touch with her after graduation. She has been in my thoughts throughtout the years, as we attended Votech for 3yrs together. Rest in Peace Mimi!
