Linda Slaymaker

Linda Slaymaker, 64, of Coatesville lost her battle to cancer on August 20, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 10, 1954. She was raised in Atglen, PA. She was the beloved wife of Ronald L Hoopes with whom she shared 31 years of marriage. She was the beloved mother of Dana Slaymaker and Steven Slaymaker, and also raised Sidney Slaymaker since the age of 3.

She attended at Octorara Area School District. Also, she worked at Grape Vine Deli in Parkesburg for many years. She also enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. She also enjoyed going boating and long car rides and traveling all over. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a heart of gold and loved helping many around her.

She is survived in addition to her husband Ronald Hoopes, by two children: Steven Slaymaker husband of Karen Slaymaker, Dana Slaymaker wife of Bill Moore. She was the beloved grandmother to Anthony Slaymaker, Sidney Slaymaker, Colin Slaymaker, Steven Slaymaker, Billy Moore, and Bradley Moore. Also a great grandmother of Mason Slaymaker and Cadence Slaymaker. Linda was preceded in death by her parents Lena & Charles Conover and son Stanley Slaymaker Jr. Services will be held in the convenience of her beloved family.
