Gary Lee Ream, Sr., 54, of Honey Brook, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Tina Marie Wiggins Ream with whom he shared 31 years of marriage. Born in Ephrata, he was the son of the late Irvin R. Ream, Sr. and Peggy Ann Clark Ream. 

Gary was an area resident all his life. He was employed at the Philadelphia Airport with KP Facility Management Inc. as an aviation mechanic. 

He was a member of the Christ Chapel Full Gospel Assembly Church, he served for 38 years  at the Modena Fire Company holding positions of both Lieutenant & Trustee, a member of the former Martins Corner Fire Company holding the position of Captain and he was a member of Honey Brook Fire Company.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by four children; Gary Lee Ream, Jr. of Honey Brook, Felicia Marie Ream of Honey Brook, Cody Irvin Ream of Honey Brook and Sheena Virginia Ream and husband Moses of Kathmandu, Nepal, two grandchildren; Savannah Hope Torres and Danny Torres, Jr. and five siblings; Larry Ream of Coatesville, Ron Ream of Paola, Kansas, Irvin Russell Ream, Jr. of Drexel, Missouri, Lynn Wilgis of Coatesville and Linda Michelle Ream of Downingtown.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Chapel Full Gospel Assembly, 3018 E Lincoln Hwy., Parkesburg, PA, 19365 followed by interment at the Honey Brook Methodist Cemetery in Honey Brook. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing at the church from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A luncheon will be served following the burial at the Honey Brook Fire Company. 679 Firehouse Lane, Honey Brook PA,19344. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365 to help defray funeral expenses.

I really have no words. Gary a heck of a person, great integrity, family man, friend.  I will miss him for sure tho always be in our heart. Never will forget.

My husband and I enjoyed Gary when he worked at Global Ground Support he was a hard worker and would do anything to help someone. I know the family will miss him dearly. The angels have opened their arms in heaven to a very special man. God bless you all.

There is so MANY things that could be said about Gary....  He was such a good man,father,husband and friend..  I will cherish every memory I had with him.. may he r.i.p.. And may the family find comfort knowing he is no longer suffering.

I'm so saddened for the loss of a wonderful man. What a awesome man he was. I will miss his humor, he could always make you laugh and always had a come back to whatever you would say. He was loved by so many, left so many great memories. Gary I know you are flying high and are at peace. To Tina, Gary Jr, Felicia, Cody, Sheena, Savannah , Danny Jr I love you all and am here if you ever need to talk or to get away and ride.

There isn't much anyone can say, we have been through this ourselves. Just knowing you have the love of friends and family and most of all the Lord with you is the most peaceful feeling for all of you. Gary is in paradise now watching over everyone,you will feel this. You instilled life's best qualities to all your family and everyone you have touched.

You have made us proud to be part of your life and your family.

We will always be part of your family and support them

Please feel great comfort knowing that you have been a GREAT father to your family
 and have enriched so many people's lives thoughout your entire life.
