Lillian Leata Abrams Shoemaker, 86, of Cochranville, PA, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017. She was the wife of the late Donald L. Shoemaker Sr. who passed in 2002. Born in West Chester she was the daughter of the late Fay W. and Leata J.Large Abrams.
She was a resident of this area all her life and she attended the Cochranville High School. She was a member of the Community Bible Fellowship and the Parkesburg Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her children, Donna Romero and husband Al, of Columbia, PA, Dianne Shearer of Mount Joy, PA, Denise Lewis and husband Gary of Cochranville, PA, and Donald Shoemaker Jr. of Cochranville, PA, 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, from the Highland Baptist Church, Rt 10 and Highland Rd., Parkesburg, at 11:00 am. with visitation from 10:00-11:00. Internment to follow at Sadsbury Friends Burial Grounds, Christiana, PA.
