Josephine E. Antol, 90, of Coatesville, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the Brandywine Hospital. She was currently living at Harrison Senior Living in Coatesville and spent her winters in Florida with her family. She was the widow of the late Joseph E. Antol who died in 1999. They shared 52 years of marriage. Born in the village of Ercildoun, PA she was the daughter of Joseph and Genevieve Oliveri DeFroscia.
An area resident all her life, she was a 1942 graduate of the Coatesville High School. She was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Church of Parkesburg.

She is survived by three children; Thomas J. Antol of Delray Beach, FL, Nancy L., wife of Mike Pelet of Atglen and Jeanne A., wife of Steve Krull of Miami, FL, two Grandchildren; Katherine Pelet of New York, NY and John Michael Pelet and wife Cindy of Unionville, PA. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends from the gym, church and everywhere in between from Pennsylvania to Florida. She was preceded in death by eight siblings.
An avid exercise enthusiast, she always said she didn't exercise to live longer but to live well while she was alive. And she got to do both, to live well and to live a long happy and healthy life full of blessings up to her final couple of hours on earth. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 11am from Our Lady of Consolation Church, 603 West Second Ave., Parkesburg, PA 19365. Prior to the Mass, visitation will be held at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg from 9:30 to 10:45am. Interment will be private.
Memorial donations maybe made in her memory to Our Lady of Consolation Church at the above address.

so sorry to hear of Aunt Joe's passing, I'm glad we made it to her birthday party last year--she will be greatly missed--she's in good hands now and may she rest in peace.  Our condolences to everyone.

Our condolences go out to all of Jo's family. Having had the pleasure of meeting her on several occasions we will miss her smiling face. She leaves behind a legacy of three wonderful children & grandchildren. She loved her family and her friends. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.

So very sorry to learn of Josephine's passing.  I worked with your Mom and Becky Osborne back in the late 60's...early 70's at Radley Run Country Club. Jo was like a "Second Mom-away from home."  She was a great teacher and role model in how she handled the job, as a wife, and parent. And I do remember her always talking about staying in shape.  A truly beautiful person all around.   Barbara J. Vacca

My sincere condolences to Jo's family,

I had the pleasure of meeting her at Harrison House. She was a very sweet lady and loved by many. We had a lot  of good laughs together and am so fortunate that I could call her my friend. RIP Jo, I sure am going to mix you.
